Coming to Dallas from Los Angeles, Coach Wagner started his 25-year involvement in Rugby on the West Coast. Attending California Polytechnic University at Pomona, he was also involved in several Rugby clubs and tours traveling all over the United States, to the Bahamas, Australia, and New Zealand. Spreading his talent to several positions on the Rugby field, Coach Wagner has played Wing, Lock, Flanker, #8, and the Prop positions. Now residing in Dallas and serving as the Head Coach of the SMU Rugby Team, Coach Wagner’s love for the game is evident on and off the field.
