The Cinco Ranch wrestling team hosted its final Dual for the 2006-2007 season. Langham Creek and Episcopal High Schools were invited and the three teams battled in the Cougar’s main gym.

Cinco Ranch left the mat victorious with a 2-0 record for the evening. Episcopal (1-1) and Langham Creek (0-2) rounded out the competition. The results were as follows:

Cinco Ranch (w) vs. Langham Creek 60-18
Langham Creek vs. Episcopal (w) 56-25
Cinco Ranch (w) vs. Episcopal 65-9

Because this event was the home finale for the Cougars, coach Bill Dushane honored the Cinco Ranch senior wrestlers. Dushane took this opportunity to brag on his senior class was and how beneficial it was to have a great support staff.

The support staff he to which he referenced was the community and the parents of the athletes. The players, in return, presented their parents with flowers and sincere hugs.
