The Spring Woods Tigers wasted no time putting the points on the board against the MacArthur Generals Tuesday night.

Kristen Contreras, Arielle Daron, and Kristin Johnson from Spring Woods led the team with points making it look easy getting the ball in the hoop. The Generals defense could not stop the Tigers offense in the first half with the half time score of Tigers 28 and Generals 10.

The second half was a different story for the Generals. The ladies came out to the court ready to play and catch up. They implemented a full court press and aggressively rallied together to put some points on the scoreboard. Their efforts slowed down the Tigers and made them continue to play hard for the rest of the game. Although the Generals played a strong second half they fell short to the Tigers with the ending score being 54-37.

The Tigers will continue on with Districts against Aldine on Friday.
