Kinkaid and Bellaire’s girls lacrosse teams battled it out Wednesday night at the Falcon field. In a game that featured plenty of whistles and yellow cards, the Lady Cardinals defeated the Falcons 13-4.

Bellaire controlled every aspect of the game and it showed in the Cardinals’ aggressive style of play. Scoring goal after goal, Bellaire ended the first half with a demanding 9-1 lead.

Kinkaid bounced back early in the second and responded with goal number 2. During the second half, the Falcons scored on two more possessions. But in the end, the Cardinals came with too much firepower and pulled out the win.
